For the villa in Bale, we developed both the concept and detailed interior design, as well as the exterior design, including the façade solution, with the aim of creating a contemporary Mediterranean home with a clear identity and a high level of aesthetic quality. The project was guided by the idea of shaping a space that feels calm, elegant, and architecturally consistent, while maintaining a strong connection to the character of the location and the lifestyle it implies.

The design concept is based on a carefully balanced relationship between warm minimalism, natural materials, and refined contrasts. More pronounced textural elements and wooden surfaces are balanced with a light, clean base, while the interplay of lines, organic forms, and natural light brings softness, fluidity, and a sense of understated sophistication to the space. The entire project is designed to retain a contemporary clarity of expression without feeling cold—placing emphasis on atmosphere, comfort, and the long-term value of the space.

The particular strength of the project lies in its holistic approach, where the interior, exterior, and façade are conceived as a unified design whole.
